Meet our Board Certified Behavior Analyst!
Charlene Fries, Ed.S., BCBA
Charlene Fries is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she proudly received accolades such as Cum Laude, Honors, & placement on the Dean's List. She continued her education at St. Thomas University, where she obtained a Master of Science in Educational Leadership. More recently, she secured a post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global. She now holds a Specialist in Education degree with a concentration in ABA.
Charlene boasts over a decade of experience working with the youth in her community, having served in diverse roles including caregiving, teaching, counseling, & providing direct therapy. She naturally gravitated towards assisting those with special needs & discovered a profound passion for working with children under the age of 6. Since then, she has had the privilege of positively influencing behavior by enhancing food consumption, self-care, play skills, verbal communication, & listening skills. Charlene firmly believes in the transformative power of early intervention & its capacity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Her work with early learners has sparked a professional interest in simplifying & expanding access to vital tools & resources, including ABA, education, & therapy, for all learners.

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing staff to serve in our Hallandale Beach clinic. At Kiwi Behavioral Therapy we specialize in early intervention with children under the age of 6. We proudly offer supervision for our therapists who are interested in growing with in the field of ABA at no cost. We will all staff through the steps of becoming credentialed by the Board whether it be RBT®, BCaBA®, or BCBA®.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education is a High School Diploma (Higher Education Preferred but not required).
Must be 18 years of age.
RBT certification or willingness to complete 40-hour course and board exam.
Reliable Transportation.
