Coach Bags: A Line-by-Line Guide
Men’s small leather goods were Coach’s original business in 1941, and women’s handbags arrived only later, eventually becoming the core of the brand. The Tabby Line
The Tabby is a firm-bodied shoulder bag which also serves as a crossbody, with detachable straps and Signature “C” hardware. It arrived under Stuart Vevers in 2019, basing it on a form from Coach’s 1970s archive. Fashion photographer Juergen Teller is reported to have shot the bag’s launch campaign, “Dream It Real”. Brooklyn
The Brooklyn is a relaxed coach shoulder bag in natural-grain leather, considerably nearer to a hobo than to the structured Tabby. Rogue
The Rogue is Coach’s structured satchel, fitted with top handles and a shoulder strap. It made its debut on the Fall 2016 runway, was later discontinued and made a comeback in a 2021 relaunch. Including versions in regenerative leather and exotic skins, the line stands at the upper end of Coach’s leather range. The highest Coach bag price observed in 2026 was for a Rogue 25 in alligator, observed at $8,000.
A Made-to-Order Rogue is also offered by Coach, and it has reportedly taken around 12 weeks, rising to about 16 weeks with exotic materials. By way of Coach (Re)Loved, the brand’s own resale and repair program, restored Rogue bags have also appeared. For many collectors, the Rogue illustrates how far upmarket Coach craftsmanship can go.
The Empire Carryall
The Empire Carryall is a stretched-out, east-west top-handle bag named in listings as the Empire Carryall Bag 34. It was first shown on Coach’s Fall 2024 runway and put on sale in February 2025. It sold out on the day of its release, as fashion press reported. Softer-bodied variants called Soft Empire, including a Soft Empire 40, are different styles from the structured Carryall 34.
On Coach’s own website in the UK, the Empire Carryall 34 was observed at £475. Its long top-handle shape renders it a smarter alternative to a coach tote bag for everyday carrying. Anyone comparing listings should confirm the number after the name, since 34 and 40 are different bags.
Kisslock Styles Compared: Frame, Dreamer and Barrel
Inspired by vintage coin purses, the frame clasp called Kisslock is a motif that Coach associates with the Bonnie Cashin era. Several different bags share the word, and they should not be treated as one. Described in reports as the opening look of the Fall 2026 show, the Kisslock Frame Bag in glovetanned leather was observed at $350. Because earlier Kisslock Frame versions also turn up in listings, the family may predate that show.
The Kisslock Dreamer 21, with quilted nappa leather and rivets, is an older style now seen chiefly as restored or upcrafted pieces through Coach (Re)Loved. The Kisslock Barrel Bag is a Spring 2026 Coach Originals reissue drawn from a 1973 design. The name found yet another use after a Kisslock Backpack was also shown for Fall 2026.
The Swinger, the Swing Zip and The Coach Originals
Bags from The Coach Originals are new rather than vintage: the line is made up of newly made reissues of archive designs. Coach traces the original Swinger design back to 1987; it is a short-strap, zip-top shoulder bag fitted with a turnlock. Today’s version is the Swinger Bag 20, also available With Chain and in Signature canvas or jacquard. Modeled on a 1998 design, the Swing Zip is a separate Coach Originals bag, so the two names should not be swapped.
Reports from early 2025 listed other Originals like the Safari Bag from 1968, the Dinky from 1974 and the Hamptons Hobo from 2005. By 2020, the Coach Originals name was reportedly in circulation. The line works for buyers who want an archive look without the wear of a properly vintage piece.
Soho: Bag 25, Flap and Sneaker
Since it covers three different products, Soho is one of the least straightforward names in the Coach catalog. Back in 2006, the original Soho Flap was introduced. Produced in materials such as glovetanned leather, patent leather and crystal jacquard, the Soho Bag 25 is a smaller, newer reissue rather than that 2006 bag. A Soho Flap Bag in regenerative leather has also been listed, and Soho styles sit within The Coach Originals.
On the other hand, the Soho Sneaker is footwear Coach showcased in 2025 and 2026, putting it among shoes and coach clothing rather than handbags. To tell the bags apart from the shoe, add “Bag 25” or “Flap” to a search. As no reliable current price for the Soho bags was captured, consult Coach’s own website before making a purchase.
The Willow, Cassie and Juliet Lines
None of the three lines has a documented launch year, though they are recognizable, so be cautious about any date you see online. Made in pebble leather, the Willow family has included the Willow Tote 24, a Willow Bucket and a Willow Shoulder bag. Coach’s own website has also featured a Custom Willow Tote, and the Willow Tote 24 is a clear example of a coach tote bag. Featuring a Signature turnlock and interchangeable straps, the Cassie Crossbody Bag 19 is one version of Cassie, a design that spans crossbody and top-handle styles.
Under newer style codes, Cassie styles have kept appearing on Coach’s own website. Offered in versions such as the Juliet Shoulder Bag 25 and the Pocket Juliet Bag 30, Juliet is a soft, slouchy shoulder bag in glovetanned leather. Because availability changes by season, check whether a given Willow, Cassie or Juliet style is still current before relying on an older review.
